This group meets weekly on Wednesdays from 6:30-8pm. It is a free & informal gathering for adult artists to attend. This is not a support or formal therapy group. Participants may bring their own artwork or craft to work on, or spend the time on our ongoing community based projects. This group is made possible through donations.
What if the act of holding yourself could be both art and medicine?
In this one-of-a-kind therapeutic workshop, we explore the healing art of self-tying, not as restraint, but as ritual containment, emotional regulation, and sacred self-devotion. Through guided somatic practice, trauma-informed theory, and symbolic intention, you will learn to use fabric or rope as a tool for nervous system grounding and inner reconnection.
This is not performance.This is presence.This is not bondage.This is belonging—to yourself.In this 2-hour workshop you’ll experience:
• A trauma-informed somatic practice rooted in Polyvagal Theory & Attachment Repair
• A safe space for reconnecting with the body through intentional tying techniques
• Exploration of inner parts, emotional containment, and self-compassion
• A guided ritual of self-holding to soothe, empower, and reclaim

Come join us under the Gazebo in Pouce Park for an outside evening of intention, healing, and connection as we gather under the energy of the Full Moon to set the tone for inviting spontaneity and adventure into our lives.
The Full Moon is a potent time for illumination, release, & ceremony. This circle offers a safe and sacred space to recharge, connect, and let go of what no longer serves your soul.
We will be providing an enriching Reiki & Sound Bath experience with a meditation, a creative activity for you to take home, light snacks, and time to mingle.
Bring your yoga mat, lawn chair, favourite pillow, a cozy blanket, and eye mask if you wish. (Dress for the weather)
We cannot wait to see you there!
